The Abbot is a 717 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment that feels much, much larger.  This unit offers the ultimate in privacy as it is located at the end of the building and only shares one common wall with other residents. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is contemporary open plan, which creates a roomy, breezy feel.  The kitchen includes all stainless-steel Energy Star-rated appliances: refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. And don’t worry, there’s also a microwave! The focal point of this area is the large work island with a double sink and extra seating. This is great for entertaining or to use as a breakfast bar.

The spacious bedroom has an oversized window to let in plenty of extra light. It also has a huge walk-in closet.
