This unit offers the ultimate in privacy as it is located at the end of the building and only shares one common wall with other residents. The living room/dining room/kitchen area is contemporary open plan, which creates a roomy, breezy feel. The kitchen includes all stainless-steel Energy Star-rated appliances: refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. And don’t worry, there’s also a microwave! The focal point of this area is the large work island with a double sink and extra seating. This is great for entertaining or to use as a breakfast bar.
The spacious bedroom has an oversized window to let in plenty of extra light. It also has a huge walk-in closet.
